The Different Cushion That Walked is the second full album in the Whip Divided series and like Tree Hive consists of tracks that were mostly written quickly and with few rounds of editing. This and the other collections in the Whip Divided series, are the product of a busy few years in the studio where I've been experimenting with new instruments, alternative processes and generally refining my sound. Unlike Tree Hive these tracks were more unfinished and saw a fair bit more sculpting around 18 months ago. Since then I've let them mature in a cool, dark place and now they are ready to be tasted.
