Shipping Info

Orders are shipped within 3 working days of purchase and cassettes are sent in a card mailer by Royal Mail 2nd class. This costs £2.00 in the UK, £3.00 in the EU and £5.00 for the rest of the world. These prices are correct as of November 2020 but are subject to change as directed by Royal Mail.

These methods of shipping are untracked and I can’t take responsibility for the items once they have been dispatched. Please contact me first if you want me to use a different method to ship your cassette.

Return Policy

We hope that you are completely happy with your purchase when you receive it. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied you can return it to us, in perfect condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (but not the postage and packaging).

Goods returned must be as “new” with no damage. You will be required to cover the cost of postage to return the items. All returns must be accompanied by original invoice or receipt and a written explanation of why you are returning the goods.

Orders can be cancelled at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Refunds will be given in the same form of payment you originally used to make the purchase within 14 days of us receiving your return.

We cannot take responsibility for damages incurred in transit such as broken records. If you experience this please contact us and we will try our best and resolve the issue.

We do not accept returns of download products, but offer a returns policy on all physical items.
